Sergio Ramos Out For A Month With Knee Injury.

Spain and Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos will miss a month of action after suffering a knee injury in La Roja's 2-0 defeat of Albania in World Cup qualifying on Sunday, according to multiple reports in Spain.

Ramos was taken off with a knock in the 80th minute of the match, with tests later showing a tear in his knee ligament.

"Sergio Ramos' injury seems to be a sprain, let's hope it is nothing too serious," he told reporters after the game.

If the injury is confirmed, Ramos will join the likes of Marcelo, Casemiro and Luka Modric on the casualty list at the Santiago Bernabeu, as injuries have disrupted a strong start to the season

The defender, however, appears in good spirits, and joined his team-mates in the dressing room after Sunday's clash to celebrate the win.
