Kim Kardashian West Yet To Face Off Against Assailants In Courtroom

In the wake of Kim‘s horrifying robbery on Oct. 2,
announced that Keeping Up With The Kardashians is on hold
indefinitely, as the family wants to focus on getting Kim’s
well-being back to what it was. Whether the time
off will also be used to have Kim appear in court about the
robbery is unclear, but an insider hinted that Kim hopes that’s
not happening.
“Kim is excited about the break, but she is also terrified of
having to relive the ordeal over and over again with lawyers
and in courtrooms,” a source revealed to Up2dategist.com. “She doesn’t know if she can go through that.
At least not right now.”
Considering the circumstances of Kim’s robbery, we can’t
blame the 35-year-old reality star for being nervous to face
them once again. Kim’s assailants — who have yet to be
identified — reportedly pulled a gun on her, tied her up, and
threw her into the bathtub as they went after her jewels. It
was also reported that she thought she was going to die
when the robbers broke in, so we can only imagine she’d
never want to see them again!
But if the speculation surrounding the robbery is correct, Kim
may actually know her assailants personally. Investigators are
thinking that the robbery could be an insider job, as they
believe the assailants were tipped off that Kim’s main
bodyguard Pascal Duvier wasn’t in her hotel room when they
attacked. There’s even been speculation that Pascal may
have been involved in the robbery too, but nothing has yet to
be determined.

If the robbers do end up being identified as someone involved
with Kim’s security team, it would certainly make for one
interesting court scene. Whatever happens with the court
case, we hope that Kim’s time out of the spotlight and
off KUWTK will allow for a successful recovery after such a
terrifying incident.
