Juan Cuadrado could be set to leave Chelsea For Millan
The 28-year-old spent last season on loan at Juventus after spending the previous 12 months with Fiorentina.
Milan are struggling to raise the £20million that Chelsea would want for Cuadrado and after Conte's suggestion that the wideman has impressed him during pre-season, the Italian is unlikely to sanction another loan.
Conte said: “Cuadrado is a Chelsea player – the same as Diego Costa – and he has worked very hard and is training very hard with us.
“Everyone knows what I think about Juan Cuadrado. Everyone knows that good players have a lot of interest in the transfer window.
“Now he's a Chelsea player and happy. If you ask me what could happen in the future, I can't answer Juan Cuadrado and other players.”
Vincenzo Montella was coy on his interest in Cuadardo
Milan coach Vincenzo Montella was coy when asked about Cuadrado. He said: “I am very happy with the players. I am getting to know them.”
